Hi,

I've got a RAM module in my ][e, but im not sure what size it is. There is a picture of mine here (http://andys.dyn-o-saur.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=114)

I think its 128k, but not sure. How can I test this. If I need a piece of software, I have ADT Pro setup on it, so I can transfer a DSK image across.

Thanks for your help...

Well, if those are 2 banks of 64K x 1 chips, then chances are good that it's a 128K board.

After googleing the part numbers on the RAM chips, I can confirm that the total amount of RAM is 128k.

Is there anyway to test the RAM. Ive got a couple of these boards spare, and im planning on putting them on eBay.

Thanks for your help!

Press Ctrl-Open Apple-Closed Apple-Reset to run the in-ROM diagnostics.

I'm not SURE it tested the cards, but, pulling a RAM from the card and running it will let you know quickly enough.
