Is there any Windows or MS-DOS-based CP/M emulator out there that can use a physical COM port on the PC as its console?

I looked but didn't see any.

go to unix4fun and see if he has anything (z80pack)
Also google for Dave Dunfield's site, and see if his emu's do anything...

I don;t remember if Udo Monk's stuff us at unix4fun or if hi is different, but google him as well.

DOS I doubt it - Windows, mebbe.

Mebbe try fiddling with the SWTPC emu, also (Evenson)

If your emulator uses normal DOS (not BIOS) calls for console output and you're running DOS, try:

CTTY COM1:

It works with 22NICE if you GENCOM your files with KEY and DIS set to "NONE".

(How's that for remembering an arcane DOS command? FWIW, it's still in MS-DOS 7.1. Just remember to set up the port using the MODE command.)
