I posted this in the Vintage Game area, might get a few hits here, too.

The 2008 exhibition will be in Tulsa, Oklahoma on August 9. More details (such as the address) will be posted shortly.

There have been vintage computers at the exhibition in the past such as Commodore, Apple, even an Imsai.

I'm hoping to be there with a Sears Telegames Pong and maybe even a Dimension 68000.

There's no mention of this on the official website, but I've been told through a reliable source that the exhibition has been cancelled.

Bummer.

EDIT: It has not been canceled! Sorry for the misinformation.

No, OVGE has NOT been cancelled. I just got an e-mail from the man running it, and he's actually managed to secure a LOT more to do this year. I'll be one of the exhibitors, doing a mixture of classic computing through modern gaming, and I'll be running a Dreamcast fighting game tournament. Can't wait to see all the gaming goodness there!

I'd better call my source then and see what's up. I haven't scheduled the day off, either.

It has not been canceled, sorry for the misinformation.

I misunderstood my source, he meant that he would have to cancel his appearance owing to unforseen circumstances.

My apologies to all involved.
