I can only assume you're talking about this (http://www.virginrecords.com/hooker/) John Lee Hooker. I don't know enough about him to agree or disagree, but he's got an impressive resume and one hell of a set of friends! :)

_Blues Legend_ , and yes it includes the song _Boom Boom_. I was ALMOTS dissapointed it didn;t have _One Burbon, One Scotch, One Beer_ but it does have _House Rent Boogie_...

Ah okay, so it's like a collection of his Greatest
Songs. I believe he might be still producing the
occasional new album though.

From what I've read about him, sounds to me
that he has produced a lot of good songs, but
the majority of public ignore him, so I would
say he might be underated which is sad I
might add.

Sheese, I still haven't got any of his stuff & I guess Eric
Burdon & The Animals doesn't count?!? :-(

Trouble is there's at least another 1000 artists out there
I need to collect. :-(
