Would somebody have the assembly source code for 8K BASIC, or any version, thats listed in the reference manual ?
I didn't see any search results regarding this in this group
I like to try to patch the code to use a different serial card.

I had to do this already for Imsai Basic.
I have 2 serial cards, TU-ART and the Compupro SS-1, for which we made patches.
If anyone needed the original source for that , I have it online.
Ken Lesniak helped type in this whole file.

Hi;
I don't know of any Altair 8K dissassembly , But I have started and stopped trying to do just that a number of times.... I have Altair 4K basic , that was a Disassembly i found on line , something like mits basic dissassembly... but I don't know of any that is already done...
Do you have a copy of the loaders for Cassette and for Paper Tape for the Imsai.. That I could Load the Imsai 8K Basic on my Altair, I assume that I can't load the Imsai Basic with the Altair Loader, Right !!!!!!
THANK YOU Marty

Hi All;
I just found a Dissassembled Altair Basic (I haven't looked at it closely, so I am not sure yet which Basic it is - 4K , 8K , Extended ) I found it at Bitsavers.org under MITS in their documentation section.
THANK YOU Marty
