Good morning all!

I am new to this forum and I was hoping that some of you could help me with a position we are currently recruiting for.

One of our clients, located in Sacramento, CA has requested an EDL Programmer for a contract position slated to go through November 2009.

As this technology is so old, the client is looking at any and all candidates that are interested and have experience and expertise in all phases of the development.

I have searched your traditional job boards to locate candidates that may be open to this type of position however I have not had much luck. Can any of you give me any suggestions on how I can uncover individuals that may have this experience?

Thank you in advance for all of your help! Have a great day!

Sincerely,

Margie W. Ratliff

It might be helpful if you'd specify which EDL that you're referring to. I know of at least three computer languages that share the acronym "EDL".

I think you can safely assume it's the IBM EDL, aka "Event Driven Language".

I think you can safely assume it's the IBM EDL, aka "Event Driven Language".

"IBM" or even "IBM Series/1" would have been helpful in that case.

But there are other EDLs...
