I currently own an Atari 400 and Atari 800,
both are brand new never used, mint condition more or less,
opened and touched but never used.

Pretty Neat!!!

I've told them that if you touch them again like that then they have to inform Social Services.

You should build yourself one of these:

http://sio2sd.gucio.pl/index_en.html

It pretends to be a disk drive with disk images stored on SD card.

Mine is built into the shell of an xc12 cassette unit, with the switches interfaced with the unit's keys. The display sits where the window used to be.

Funky and fun!
