I don't seem to be able to find the right settings for this card.

I found some references to it:
http://stason.org/TULARC/pc/graphics-cards/P-R/QUADRAM-EGA-QUADEGA.html

but the board layout is different
(large pic link) (http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c333/SockEwing/IMGP3057.jpg)

It has 6 switches instead of four.
If I apply the settings for switch 1-4 as described for the other card, I don't get a picture. It looks on the monitor there is no card connected (full scan)

Anybody knows this version of the card?
FCC ID on the back- D- 2A62L-VEGA

Quadram products seem to be very hard to get information for....
I'm still looking for information on their 768k XT ram card short version...

On some of the older video cards with more than 4 switches, the first 4 would be used for the video mode, and the next 1,2 or 3 would be used to set the monitor mode. If this sounds helpful, I can post some links to cards that do this.

Ah, thanks, I will try that. The card in the link only has four- I can apply them to the first four, then there is only 4 things to try left.
