Well, I think of Anders as being a sort of liberal, social welfare paradise type of Lone Ranger, so the broken computer is rushed to a fully staffed emergency room and treated without being charged so much that it has to declare bankruptancy the next year and go searching for one of those "take away your credit card debt" offers.

No, but I would hate to see Jorg looking for a 120V power input on the C2N unit. I am aware the early Atari 410 and 1010 tape drives have external 9V (IIRC) power supplies, but not the Commodore ones. The later Atari XC12 tape recorder meant for the XE series does not require external power.
