Anyone got some high-res scans, PDF's or a link to an online manual for this thing? I would like to read the manual on it. Also, if anyone has the restore diskettes for this thing (type 2620) i would like some disk images of them please! thanks!

Have a look at the 2621 manual which *is* on their site; it's the same 1400 series AFAIK and may have some useful info for ya.

Finding user guides in PDF for older ThinkPads and desktops is not easy. The IBM PC BBS has user guides for newer systems and hardware maintenance manuals for almost every older and newer system. For the IBM ThinkPad 360CE, see ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/pc/pccbbs/mobiles/tpvol2.pdf.
