It doesn't seem to be Neos mouse compatible in Arkanoid so is it for c64 and if so what can it be used for?

Looks just like an Amiga tank type mouse but made from cheaper plastic.

I don't have an Amiga to try it on.

It sounds like a Commodore 1350 or 1351 mouse, possibly repackaged or a clone. If it is 1351 compatible, it is worth quite a lot of money - the original ones sell for decent amounts on eBay. I can't remember if Arkanoid is compatible with the 1351, but I think e.g. Advanced Art Studio and of course GEOS is. Since your mouse is named Geos 101 it makes me sound it was specifically made to work with GEOS.

I'll try to find something I can test it on.

Its not the same shape as a commodore mouse but very close to it.

You can download the 1351 Test/Demo disk here, given that you have a way to transfer D64 images to a real C64:
