I picked up an Educator 64, 2 SX-64s and a Vic 20 today.
Does anyone know of a source for Commodore program disks?
Also will a Commodore 64 disk drive work with the Educator 64?

Thanks & 73,

You can find a lot of programs here:
http://www.zimmers.net/anonftp/pub/cbm/

Games can be found here:
http://www.gb64.com

Then you need a XE1541/XM1541 (http://sta.c64.org/xcables.html) cable to hook up your disk drive to your PC and Star Commander (http://sta.c64.org/sc.html) or OpenCBM (http://www.trikaliotis.net/opencbm) to write the .d64-files to real disks.

And I think a regular C64-drive like the 1541 would work with the Educator 64. The Educator should just be an ordinary early C64 in a PET-case.

If one of those SX-64s isn't functioning I have dibs on it (assuming you'll be willing to part with it). :) I have a working one that needs case parts and a keyboard. :)

Wow TWO SX-64s... If, unlike the guy above, both ARE working, I'd like to get the spare from ya (again, assuming if u'd part with it).. I'd love to have a portable C64 (and I think luggable kicks laptop ass, who's with me? xD)..
