View Full Version : Older HP model, can't remember type

Recently my mind wandered a bit and I remembered working with some HP workstations around 1988. They must have been a bit older (1985?), were running some kind of unix like OS, if I remember correctly.
I think they were using 3,5" disks- might be 800 k or so.

I'm trying to remember the type, maybe someone can point me. If I see a pic, I'll know it :)

Could you be thinking of the H-P 3000 series? They've been around for that long:

I'm not sure, they were desktop systems, but what I find here looks bigger- difficult to find a picture though.

Possibly they were the HP 9826 or 9836 desktops?

This one ran a Unix like OS. Perhaps this is what you're talking about?
