View Full Version : Brackets for mounting drive in WYSE 286.

Hi,

I have a 3.5" drive with an adaptor to hook up to the cable and an adaptor to make it fit in an open 5.25" drive bay, but I have a couple things I still need to get to make it go in...

I need to find a set of plastic brackets that go on each side of the drive so I can slide it in and lock it in place. I have never seen brackets like these before so I'm just going to post a photo of what I'm looking for.

Those brackets are a very standard type. In fact, I would guess that they are the most common ones used in a lot of different PCs. Shouldn't be too hard to find, I'll lookaround...

I actually have some now. Well, I think I do... I have to try them and find out if they're the right size/shape
