Hi,

I have the following manuals and can scan pages for anyone interested:

Intel 8080 Microcomputer System Users Manual (September 1975)
8080A, 8080A-1, 8080A-2, M8080A, 8224, 8228 specs and use of the
8080 in detail.
MCS85 Users Manual (Preliminary - March 1977)
8085, 8155, 8355 8755, 8251, 8253 8255A, 8255, 8257, 8259, 8205,
8212, 8216/8226, 8271, 8273, 8275, 8279, 8101A-4, 8102A-4,8111A-4,
8708, 8192, 8308, 8192, 8316A
Intel Component Data Catalog 1980
Too much to list but has the specs for just about all processors from the
8024 to the 8089 and all thier Intel support chips as of 1980.

also:

8080A/8085 Assembly Language Programmin. Leventhal 1978
8080 Programming for Logic Design, Osborne 1976
The 8080A Bugbook, Rony, Larsen and Titus

The scans I do end up at about 500k per page.

Hello Mike, i know this is an older thread but is it still possible to supply me the copy of the MCS85 Users Manual ?
I have a SDK-85 / MCS-85 board but supplied with a SDK-86 / MCS-86 manual :-(

Or if you can not help me maybe someone else can......

SDK85 User Manual

MCS-85 is one I haven't been able to find though, so too would be interested in scanned copy :)
