Hi,
I have a brand new pens printer, make a setup install all pens and power on, As per manual the printer should be print 4 square color pattern. But just print a a 4 line pattern. and the when push the paper switch should be feed the paper, but just move
a little the head and no feed paper.
Any help please.

ThanksA common problem with those plotters and the Commodore and Radio Shack models that used the same Alps mechanism is that the tiny plastic gears on the motors tend to split:

I've had some success gluing them, but I doubt that it would survive any real use.

You are right, The the gear on the motor is split.
I will try to find it.
