SIMH (http://simh.trailing-edge.com/) includes a pair of Altair emulators (one for original 8080 and one for Z80,) and on the software kits (http://simh.trailing-edge.com/software.html) page there's a package with Altair BASIC included.

I got the emu. Now I just do not know where to get an Altair DOS ...

The Altair software packages (along with a CP/M distribution and some other stuff) is on the Software Kits page I linked.

The site appears to be down right now.
So until it comes back, amuse yourself here -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SIMH

Altair BASIC is MS BASIC. Remove string arrays and it's like any other BASIC. Many peole used tiny BASIC on Altairs too.

But my thought is that you're kind of missing the point - there is no real Altair emulation experience if you're not including the front panel operation. There are front panel emulators out there if you really want to emulate an Altair 8800
