I have a VIdeo Card made by Western Digitial. I never knew they did stuff like that. Any one know if its Rare or just Uncommon? I never knew they made anything other than Hard drives.....

AFAIK they were rather common around the time 486'were around- I think I have some too (16 bit ISA VGA).

Product line was called WD PARADISE VGA

(do a search for PARADISE VGA and you'll see)

Oh yeah, Paradise. I remember them. They're common enough that Win 3.1 has drivers for them built-in.

Yeah, 3.1 comes with only a few built-in drivers, and Paradise VGA is one of 'em.

Ah, Paradise....those are good cards, I run those semi-exclusively in 286-486 era stuff. I got an SVGA version in my 486, and an older VGA version in my 286. I'm still trying to figure out why the VGA card also has dip switch settings for 800X600. Are Paradise video cards "above" normal VGA cards in some ways?
