Hi Frank;

We do still repair many vintage floppy drives, hard drives, and tape drives.

The problem with the floppy drives is that parts are getting harder and harder to find.

If you or your readers have a particular brand and model number that you need repaired, let me know the info and we will quote.

We do still actively support most 14", 8", and 5 1/4" Hard Disk Drives if those requirements ever come up for you.

Thank you for your interest in our company !!

Are you still providing Teac and Tandon drives ?

You come up on Google searches all the time.
Realize you moved to the West Coast some time ago.
You are a great organization, hope you are still providing these disk drives.

Check WWW.VINTAGE-COMPUTER.COM [“vc.com” site] for many posts of people who need such drives.

Specifically, early 5.25 “ floppy Tandons and Teac half height are most requested.

Deviceside uses Teacs – just do a Google search – they allow CP/M Kaypro files to be converted to modern Window computer files – a great benefit.

Any info on price, availability, etc. most appreciated – I will post it on the vc.com site.
Thanks !

Frank

Thanks for posting, Gadfran - might come in useful in the future!

Mods, any chance of getting this moved to the Vintage Computer Services Offered/Needed section so it doesn't get lost in this forum?
