Hello,
I know that IBM sold its PS/1 model 2011 with 512 kb (basic configuration) or 1 MB. The extra 512 kb are installed with a specific card.

Playing with a multimeter, I noticed that A9 pin is wired in the board so in theory the expansion slot can address 2 MB. The 512 kb card only uses lines A0 to A8.

Anyone knows if IBM sold a 2MB RAM expansion card? Perhaps it was for a memory upgrade?

After some investigation, now I'm sure that IBM released 2MB and 4 MB cards.
- The 2 MB card has part numbers 92F9935 and 1057660
- The 4 MB card has part number 92F9694

Also, Kingston made compatible modules with references KTM-PS1/2 and KTM-PS1/4

Now I'm trying to find any of this 2 MB or 4 MB modules, or at least a picture. Anyone has it?
