if so,
I am assuming I am going to need to find drivers for it.

I have the same card, and I expect it to work in an XT. I also have an earlier version of the card, from when that division was under WD, and that earlier version does work in an XT if the correct driver is used.

Looks like it's a combination Ethernet and Token Ring.

I don't have or tried the same card, but I have good experiences in XT's with WD/SMC 8003's and compatibles.

No, that's Ethernet. No token ring.

It's just Ethernet.

Early Ethernet cards could use BNC/Coax or D-shell/RJ-45 too, and eventually twisted pair connections on later cards. Even though those early connectors and hardware interfaces are the same as token-ring, the transfer protocoll differs.
