View Full Version : Power mac 7600/120 start up but no video signal to monitor

I have a power mac 7600/120, cache, video memory and 32mb of ram,i hear the chime, but i have no video when the mac start up, i try reseting the pram, the cuda switch, i try with many monitors, keyboards, but i have no video :-| i need help from somebody to revive my mac.

Most likely a dead pram battery... If the battery looks good, try leaving the unit plugged in for at least 12 hours. If it is leaking or letting it try to charge fails, replacement is necessary.

the mac ran without battery many years, and worked well:-?

Edit: problem solved, a pin of cache memory socket was bent :p .
