I recently purchased an IBM 5170 AT that had this card installed. It seems to be a pre-ethernet network card.

Settings here. (http://www.artofhacking.com/th99/n/C-D/40439.htm)

Anyone knows if it can be used for something useful?

I think at the very least you need two.....

Lots of hits on google but nothing about how the card is used. I did find port 355 is used for the DATEX protocol, and is owned by someone in Bell & Howell....
