I'm writing a book involving a Cray Y-MP and having a hard time tracking down the machine's physical dimensions. Can anyone tell me approximately how high and how long it is? Thanks!

The Queen's University of Belfast has (had?) a Cray Y-MP EL (entry level) which they measured to 635 kg, 127x381 cm, 1 mē footprint.

I'm not sure if this is a single cabinet machine, and possibly the physical dimensions differ between the various Y-MP models:

I'm pretty sure the Computer History Museum (www.computerhistory.org (http://www.computerhistory.org)) has one. You might want to contact them for information.

They've got one that they give out free accounts on.
