The manufacturer, Creative, indicates the following:
CT1310 Sound Blaster 1.0
CT1320 Sound Blaster 1.5

You can see this for yourself by visiting the Creative web site:
1. Goto http://support.creative.com/kb/ShowArticle.aspx?sid=46261
2. Click on the "SID 10846" link.

However, there is debate as to whether the CT1310 ever existed (or if it did, whether or not it was released).
Consequently, some people refer to certain CT1320x versions as the "Sound Blaster 1.0" and other CT1320x versions as "Sound Blaster 1.5".

So, if you choose to use the manufacturer's reference, then you definately have a "Sound Blaster 1.5".

Thanks for the info now i just wonder about the last character... most have either a A, B or C variant but i have a U so i'm a litle confused about it and if it has any significans else than it's missing the cms chips or something.
btw this card still works and sits in a 486 pc near my main waiting to be turned on when i want to play some dos game installed on the hd :)
