I found one of these Mac Rescue boards the other day, Here are a couple pics.

Anybody have some info on these? I do know that this is a memory upgrade for Mac 128 and 512k and that it supposedly adds SCSI as well. I'm mainly interested in how to install it and if it requires any sort of software.

I did some Googling, and you're right. It's supposed to upgrade a 128 or 512 to Macintosh Plus functionality. Unfortunately, I have absolutely no clue how you would go about installing it. I think it connects to one of the ROM sockets, but I couldn't even tell you which one.

The board connects to the CPU. Thing is, the 68000 is soldered on. The Hyperdrive 20 equipped 512k I had piggybacked/clipped onto the chip. This board looks like it requires you to remove the 68000 and solder in a DIP socket to plug it in. In order to use the SCSI, you will need to swap in the 128k ROM chips from a 512ke/Plus.
