I have a Kaypro CP/M boot diskette ("Working Diskette #1").

I understand that there are different boot disks for the different models.

Given that (1) I don't own any Kaypros, but (2) I am able to get a directory of the diskette,
Is there some way to tell which Kaypro model this diskette is for (2, II, etc.)?

Thanks,
Andy

Not really - Kaypro wasn't good about that.

I think possibly only the Kaypro 10 disks were marked, as they were recovery sets to reload the HDD.

Every once in a while you will see something, ie, I have a set that have an 'IV' in blue ink-stamping.

Other than that, if they are originals, they MIGHT have a Kaypro number on them, ie, 81-xxx or possibly a version, like 2.2f
With the p/n or version, compatibility can be cross-referenced.
