View Full Version : Cleaning up

I've been spending a fair amount of time in my garage cleaning up some of the stuff I've accumulated to make room for my storage to come back a bit later this summer.

Some folks may have seen the items I've posted for sale. Those are the first of a bunch of systems I'm going to list over the next few weeks. . .

But I'm telling ya, that garage is a crazy place. I've probably dug through about 1/3 to 1/2 of the space allotted for machines and I've already discovered several things I'd either thought lost or I'd just forgotten about.

I bumped into my boxed Apple //c today, for instance and my Macintosh Portable. The latter, unfortunately, boots to a sad Mac, but I'll hopefully be able to do something about that someday. . .

I also discovered "spare" Apple /// and Frankin Ace 1200 systems that I need to sort through. Both work great and once I've figured out what's what (and find the docs and software for the Ace) I'll be offering those here as well.

Most exciting to me, though, is that I found a bunch of magazines that I didn't realize I'd boxed into that mess. Premier issues of A+, Open Apple Gazette and On Three as well as a bunch of other Apple magazines and catalogs. A pile of Information Age I'd forgotten about, a nearly full set of 80 Micro and a few other gems.

But damn am I tired. ;)

If you by any small chance find one of your 3 busted Lisa 2's in your garage, PM me. (or else... Or else what? Exactly!)
