I bought a model 1 genesis at the flea market last week for 10 bucks and its filthy...

I have taken it apart and started cleaning it out with the standard methods...however..

The 16-Bit logo has all but about 10% of its silver paint removed and I want to paint it back on, but not get the pain anywhere else...

Do you think taping that area off carefully and then a quick brush paint over it will do the trick or do you know of other, better ways to get the job done?

Thanks!

Maybe get something flat like a printer roller and use that to paint while the case is upside down so nothing drips on the case?

Or just use a fine brush and be careful. If you drip, you can easily wipe it off if its still wet.

A guy in a Youtube video used a Lacquer Pen from a hobby shop....looked farily simple...so that is another option I have seen....

I am sure I will f it up though!!
