My XT has a half-height 360kB 5.25" floppy in the left-hand bay, and a blanking panel in the top. I've just tested a spare 3.5" 1.44MB floppy drive in the machine under DOS 3.3, and it works fine on 720kB disks!

However, there are no mounts for the upper drive, I read somewhere IBM offered a mounting kit that enabled you to install two drives. Anyone got a picture of how it looked so I can make one? :)

Length = 140mm,
Height (tallest part) = 83mm
Height (shortest part) = 73mm

The 140mm length is made up of:
30mm, then 10mm hole, then 70mm, then 10mm hole, then 20mm.

The 73mm height is made up of (from bottom to top):
8mm, then 5mm hole, then 7mm, then 5mm hole, then 26mm, then 5mm hole, then 7mm, then 5mm hole, then 5mm.
