You can try to figure it out from this KiCad generated BoM (http://n8vem-sbc.pbworks.com/w/file/44294914/XT-IDE%20V2.lst).

Notes:
- You'll probably will want to get sockets for all ICs
- SIL-2 and SIL-3 are 2-pin and 3-pin jumpers respectively. It is usually cheaper to get a long pin header connector and cut it to required sizes.
- 1pin are most likely mounting holes, so you can ignore them.
- C2 are ceramic capacitors with 0.2" lead spacing. (another common package type has 0.1" lead spacing, will fit too with some pin bending).
- LEDV - any LED you like... 5 mm or 3 mm... any color :-)
- r_pack9 - bussed type resistor arrays (bussed means one common pin), you can use discrete resistors as well...
- bornier4 is a Molex type female power connector (like one used in IDE HDDs and 5.25" floppy drives). Install it only if you don't have enough power connectors from power supply.
