I have here an old Quadram expansion board with one Serial port, and of course, an memory expansion on it.
It would be a nice addition for my early 5150 (10/19/81 BIOS) because this card has a black connector bracket.

Unfortunately I do not have the manual for this card, possible someone here in the forum have it?

I am looking for help with the same board. The box I got it in said it was a Quad 512+.

Thanks,

modem7 has a manual up http://www.minuszerodegrees.net/manuals.htm but slightly different DRAM layout and I don't see a battery for a RTC on yours though.
Possible the switch settings for the memory are similar?

Appears someone has used yours as a source for parts - missing quite a few DRAM chips.

Still looking for a manual... It's the Quadram Quad 512+ memory expansion, as coolhand1701 wrote.

Well, I am still unable in finding useful information on this card.
I'll try to track down every single switch to see where they go.
One thing that I noted was that every single switch of SW1
and a couple of SW2 are connected to a TBP28L22 PROM.

Anyway, I have no idea for what this PROM might be.
