Were internal expansion cards ever made for the Coleco ADAM?

I know it has 3 internal ports for RAM / I/O / etc...

Was anything ever made by Coleco or by enthusiasts since?

I got one from a VERY NICE person around here and have it ready to go...just curious what else was ever made for it...

Also, where can one get the RAM Chips or ROM Chips for this? Or can they be programmed new?

There's an IDE controller card available. There's also a boot/parallel card for the system that allows you to boot directly from the IDE controller and give you a parallel port. I have both of these and they work great. There are also memory cards available. You can buy all of these from here:

I'm happy to answer any other questions. :D

For pictures of the expansion cards and some diagrams showing how to make your own, go to http://rich.dirocco.org/Coleco/adam/ADAM.htm and follow the appropriate links. The memory card looks really simple.
