The manual appears lost in time, does anyone have a PDF?

Thanks to this forum http://www.vogons.org/viewtopic.php?t=12328&start=28&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=
I have located CorelSCSI Version 2 here http://www.cacgroup.cz/podpora/ftp/Periferie/ostatn_/SCSICTRL/FUTRDOMA/
And further files here http://www.cacgroup.cz/podpora/ftp/Periferie/ostatn_/SCSICTRL/BusLogic/

However I'd still like a PDF of the manual...........

I may still have a boxed CorelSCSI (without drivers -- thanks so much for those links!!) and if it has the manual I'll scan it for you.

You'll be scanning it for everyone, not just me. We've saved (found by sheer chance) the software itself and a PDF of the manual would mean the package is not lost forever.......

Before I start, can you confirm that this is the package you're referring to (it looks like an "LS2000" adapter):

I believe that what you have is CorelSCSI Version 1 which is even rarer than Version 2.

I personally would like the V2 manual, however I'm sure some would like a version 1 manual also.

Is there a version number mentioned in the manual?

I have a complete CorelSCSI version 2 (printed October 1993) but I lack the ability to scan it. The manual is minimal though; online help contained much the same information.

I believe there was also a version 2.1 update but I do not have that.

Is the hardware the same? Will the software referenced above work with my card? Is it worth scanning the manual and dumping the installation videotape if you can't use the materials?

1. CorelSCSI was supplied with or without a SCSI card. It works with various brands and cards.
2. Version 'should' work with Corel's own branded cards, but you will have to test it. There is an included read me text file which has notes on how to update from version 1 and so the odds are very good.
3. The video would be entertaining, although it could be full of drop outs. I can digitize it if you would like to send it to me.

The manual is bound very strongly, so now I have an excuse to buy a paper cutter so I can scan it properly. It will take me a few weeks, but I'll do it. I've scanned everything else already.

I've got broadcast equipment here so I'm good. In fact, it's already encoding and will be uploaded to archive.org when finished. EDIT: Finished, and available here: https://archive.org/details/CorelSCSIV1InstallationVideo

When I need to de-spine for my ADF scanner, I take the book/s to a local Office Depot etc. They generally have a commercial grade guillotine and slice off the spine for $1 or less.

I never thought of that -- good idea. I still need to buy a cutter someday, but this was a quick fix.

CorelSCSI! version 1 manual, with supplemental materals (https://archive.org/details/CorelSCSIVersion1InstallationManualAndSupplimental Materials), is now available.

Any further scans of CorelSCSI version 2 manuals? Including that later updated versions?
