What variants of 5160 were sold?
I know about standard FH FDD, FH 10 Mge HDD and HH FDD, FH 20 Meg HDD.

On Wikipedia they say, that they were also sold in dual-floppy configuration without hard disk?

Also half-height floppy drive and 20MB hard drive, like mine! It was bought like that by the original owner for her business accounts. Also enhanced keyboard was an option in 1986 and later.

There was also XT/286 (5162) and XT/370 (the one that you could connect to an IBM 370).

I think most of the XT's from 1986/1987 all had half-height floppy drives.

I do have a list of all the XT (and 5150) configurations somewhere......

The information is at
http://lib.daemon.am/Books/Upgrading_PC/ch23/ch23.htm

Look for the area titled, "XT Models and Features"

The pages take a while to load. I ended up using the cached copy on Google:
