I'm about to add my cassette adapter card into my Altair, but my cards cabling is wrong. It's direct to 1/8" plugs not jacks.

I need a picture of the MITS cableing and jacks that go though the case.

Thanks,
Corey

I have a couple of pictures of the original ACR cables that I used to have. I sold the card and cables quite a while ago.

The open view pictures on this page show the cables installed:

The bottom left picture on this page also shows the cable:

Found this page on the Virtualaltair site which shows the cables. It's hard to tell but these look the same as the ones I had. If you right click on the image and view image you get a zoomable version:

They look different. The ones in the ad look like regular earphone jacks. But the pic was helpful.

Thanks.

I've got the original ACR audio cables with the earphone jacks at home. They're not installed in a computer at the moment, but I'll take a picture tonight.

Yes, on second look they do look more like earphone jacks. Not hard to imagine that the guy who built mine probably changed it to suit his own equipment.

Here's some pictures of cables from my ACR. They are open frame, mono, 3.5mm (1/8") headphone jacks. Yes, they are threaded, but you can't tell very well in my mediocre pictures! The guy who built this one used spare jacket to insulate the twisted braid of the audio cable.
