Hi

Using a 386 clone with a teac 54b 51/4 360k drive
floppy, I can not make a sd boot disk.
The software is Imagedisk.
The error I get is No interrupt from FDC-press enter for aim menu.
Any ideas?

The FDC on the 386 is the one on the motherboard? Many O1 systems are FM, not MFM. Have you run the testfdc program to see what your controller is capable of?

Testfdc showed a failed. So, I will have to find another computer.

I can try making one for you on my system, PM me if you want me to try.

You might try teledisk. It tends to be a bit more forgiving on FDC's.

I have a copy and can shoot it to you along with a image of the Ozzie boot disk.

Are you wanting single or double density?

Which version of Teledisk do you use?

It's 2.15.

I've included a copy in the archive I've gotten ready for you.

The OP in his first post stated "SD" boot. If his controller won't do single-density, no software will help him. Later (P3/P4) systems often are a better bet for FM-capable controllers than are the ones of 386/486/P1 systems.
