I've posted an Amiga *REAL* HD 1.76MB floppy - Chinon FZ-357, a SUperBuster Rev 11, and a network cable tester.

Anyone here 'innerested' lemme know. I give preference to folks on here :D

You wouldn't happen to have an external flicker fixer compatible with an A1000 would you?

Naaa....the only thing I may have, IF I still have it, that is A1000 compatible, would be a sound sampler.

Didn't the Amiga 1000 have male/female swapped on the serial and parallel ports, compared to both later Amigas and PCs? I'd not be surprised if the parallel port electronically differs as well.

Yep - that's why this sound sampler has the opposite of, say, the GVP DSS8 sampler!

Yep, good memory! Also, Commodore/Amiga in their infinite wisdom(?) also put a live voltage line on the parallel port where the PC has a ground signal!

Maybe it is a way to prohibit 3rd party products...

yeah - there were always REALLY loud warnings in the Ami community about making sure you use A1000 stuff on A1000's, and the rest, well, on the rest.
