Unfortunately - NO.

There's really nothing you can do with these but store phone numbers, memos and appointments.

You could connect these to a PC - but only to transfer phonebook, memos and schedule data. There is no way you could run custom code on these, no hacks, no secrets, nothing.

If you want a gaming organizer or program a bit on the go then consider looking into a HP 100LX or HP 200LX, these come with CGA, PCMCIA slot (LOADS of CF storage, muahahaha), awesome PC speaker sound and 8086 processor, so you can run everything that has "CGA" and "DOS" tags on it. Program in basic, cobol, C++ or even Visual basic for DOS all day long. Love Texas Instruments, but their organizers were boring. Rock solid, but not really "fun" machines.
