Hey, i was just wondering if anybody knows what the pinnout for this type of drive is?
im trying to replcae it with a newer drive, but i need to know the pinnout.
I know that all the back pins are ground, like a regualar, but because the power is included, so it's weird...

If it's the PS/2 40-pin connector, this should be your best bet.

Well the first item says "40-Pin Card-Edge Interface", that should be the right-bet.

Question... What do i connect pins 4 and 6 to?
they both say reserved, but drive type ID 1 on the 34 pin connector.
I put the 12v on pin 6 to the 34 pin, but what do i do with the 2 on the 40 pin?
