My 20MB MFM harddisk does not work. So, i want to make low level format. The problem is, debug syntax does not work for this corona PC, it has no bios on controller card. So, i need a programm. Other problem, i have just 256kb RAM. I need a small program for low level format. Please help !

SpeedStor (http://minuszerodegrees.net/software/speedstor.htm) may recognise the controller.

You can try this (https://www.pcorner.com/list/HDUTIL/HDAT.ZIP/HDAT.DOC/).

I second this - Speedstor is my go-to program for low-level formatting MFM drives.

If it's a really dumb controller, HDAT might be preferable to Speedstor (both linked by earlier posters).

Speedstor is clever: on my Panasonic Sr Partner it correctly identified the 20MB ST-225 I'd installed and formatted it as such. But the WD controller couldn't actually handle drives larger than 10MB, so I had to start again using HDAT instead.

You may not have this issue, but bear it in mind if you get odd results using Speedstor. In all other respects it's a great piece of software.
