I am new to this Forum, and I need help identifying this serial card. I have been using this card for rs422 communication with a cnc punch press. My motherboard reached its end of life and I don't have any documentation or drivers for setting up this card in a new (old) pc. Any help or direction is greatly appreciated.

As long as you have the required slot in a new (old) PC, there shouldn't be any problems. All the switches are labeled. All you need to set is the base address and if you want the card to appear as COM1 or COM2.
If the new (old) PC have COM ports already, you will either have to disable them, or you will be limited in the choices you can make.

The base address is set for 2f8-2ffh which is the standard for COM2. The IRQ is set for 3 which is also the standard for COM2 & 4. Nothing should have to change in your CNC punch software after moving the card. As tingo pointed out, make sure your new-old motherboard has any on-board serial ports disabled for COM2.
