I have an AT to ATX Converter cable that also has the power switch with it. But it only has the black and green wires on it, instead of the 4 a normal AT Power Switch has.

Which two prongs on the switch do the green and black go to?

The swtich has the power switch on one side, and the prongs are on the back side of it, where the AT Converter cable has the power switch on one end and the prongs are at a 90 degree angle below the switch...like this - http://media.bestofmicro.com/Power-Supply-Fundamentals,8-0-312624-13.jpg

Thanks for the help...I dont wanna blow out my supply...

You mean a ATX to AT converter cable :-) like This one (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ATX-to-AT-PSU-adaptor-cable-20pin-to-P8-and-P9-convertor-AT-converter-switch-/201434227914?hash=item2ee66a64ca:g:vAIAAMXQEgpTDed Y) see pics, Easy enough to check, just use your DMM on the switch pins. Or you could just connect the green and black wire together.
