There are two manuals up on minuszerodegrees, but they appear to be for different boards. From what i can tell, this is a Quadram "silverboard", and I'm having a hard time finding any info for it.

I'm assuming it has 512k populated?

I have this. I have one of these, and I have some more info on it somewhere. This is all i have found for now. I will keep looking though.

Yes.

One of the things to be determined is bank order. Do the banks (0,1,2 [or it could be 1,2,3]) in fact run from center to outer, as suggested by the existing population of your card.
