I have tried to see if this book is even in publication anymore, and I can't seem to find it, either on ebay (by the search term: IBM PS/2 model 25 computerfacts) or anywhere really.

I apologize if this isn't allowed, but I figured it can help a lot of people. It has part numbers for memory IC's, and pinouts of connectors. It can be extremely helpful and was one of the sources I used when making my VGA mod. All of the information is certainly in the tech ref manual, but this information is laid out a LOT better for someone just needing a quick look.

Sorry about the warped pages in the scans, I did this scan on my phone.

It's in PDF format, and you can either view it from my Google Drive, or download it.
