That second board is a fairly generic Taiwanese 286 Suntac-based motherboard. There were many similar boards, mainly with differing memory configurations, sold under various Tiwanese companies.

In this case, the marking "BAM/12-s2" seems to be the key, and it seems to match this board:

These are usually fairly nice boards, if the battery has not made a mess and destroyed traces.

If you can get it to boot, or can dump the BIOS EPROMS, the BIOS splash may show the name of the specific company that sold or OEMed the board.
