When I got my Packard Bell Pack-Mate III in (286-12), it was badly yellowed (see attached photo).

I use the Salon care 40 retobrite method, and it did the trick:

But as you can see the peroxide ate off the colouring from the logo.

It was badly discoloured for months, until Today, I got nail polish and painted it as best I could.

My printing is chicken scratch and therefore my paint job was not professional but I think it still looks pretty good at the end:

better than no color, I'd say!

I am still on the hunt for a period appropriate early 90's vga crt monitor though.
