    I mean the connector that plugs into motherboard. The ps/2 is normal, but rhe other end is a single file 5 pin with 4 wires

    Thanks. And yea its weird, I tried that same ps/2 keyboard before and it became unresponsive as well previously but now its works fine with rhe ps/2....
