I just received the CGA2RGB, it works fine on my IBM 5155 with the GBS-8200 and without the GBS-8200 with a 15khz LCD (NEC 71VM).

If the problem comes from the VIA VT82C42N, this controller is more difficult to find to replace it while the VIA-II VT82C42N is more easily found
