    And not to slight Mike Chambers who started the TCP/IP programming with QuickBasic craze, LeetIRC (http://www.rubbermallet.org/software/leetirc.html) works under DOS too.

    How many people populate the channel? I haven't use IRC in a while now.
    What I collect: 68K/Early PPC Mac, DOS/Win 3.1 era machines, Amiga/ST, C64/128
    Nubus/ISA/VLB/MCA/EISA cards of all types
    Boxed apps and games for the above systems
    Analog video capture cards/software and complete systems

    At the moment 26 are in there, of which about 10 are active from what I see in my logs.

    Depends on the time of day you log on, I found a lot of our euro users were logged in but inactive by the time I showed up but certainly had some great conversations with the few who were idling till the window starting flashing

    Just an update, works for me, people are still actively replying. I was testing IRSSI scripting from a headless Raspberry Pi yesterday.
